Program Details
Western New Mexico University offers an online MBA with a concentration in Instructional Technology & Design program is especially useful for students with majors in education and management information systems. This concentration examines theoretical foundations of learning theory and instructional methods, change theory and organizational change, and foundational principles and elements of the instructional systems development process. Students will learn about commonly used instructional design models, instructional strategies, ways to transform instruction based on learner styles and strategies, and more. The importance of incorporating technology into instructional strategies is emphasized. In addition, core MBA topics complete the curriculum, preparing students for leadership and management positions and for the challenges of the business environment in a globalized world.
