Program Details

Gain an in-depth understanding of corporate entrepreneurship, venturing and venture capital with Ohio University’s 100% online Business Venturing and Entrepreneurship Certificate. Finish your program in three 7-week courses and apply nine credits toward an OHIO Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree.

By completing a focused curriculum, you will build the skill sets you need to grow your entrepreneurial mindset and develop innovative solutions in any organization. Scholarships of $1,500 are available for alumni, military/veteran students and employees of corporate partners.

Coursework is designed to train you in applying entrepreneurial thinking to traditional (startup) innovation, corporate innovation and social venturing. You’ll be prepared to immediately use the new tools and approaches you learn in the workplace.

Opportunities for engagement are built into the program structure. You can attend virtual office hours to discuss course topics and share ideas. OHIO faculty are a mix of successful entrepreneurs and subject matter experts who are passionate about your success and will offer support and mentorship throughout your program.
