APA Accredited Online Schools

I currently hold a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Union Institute and University, and am interested in pursuing a doctoral degree in the same field, preferably based in the State of Virginia. I’m currently living overseas but am prepared to travel to the US periodically for residency requirements. I understand from reading previous posts on this site that Fielding is the only online program that holds APA accreditation. Is that still correct? I currently plan on working overseas, at least for the time being. Should I be concerned enrolling in a program that is not APA accredited? Thank you in advance for your help, David
