How to finish my high school diploma

Hi I have a few questions if anyone could answer.I am really feeling down about not having mt high school diploma.Long story short I was supposed to graduate in 2013 and ended up getting caught in young love and missed out on my last year of school.I went to HS everyday until the year I was supposed to graduate and was an A & B student.I had 21 credits and only needed 22 to graduate.Here I am 5 years later hoping there is something out there that is legit and will allow me to finish what I started.Is it to late?I am now living in TN and earned 21 credits in WI.Any advice?
