Is it worth it to get a graduate certficate?

Hello!

I’m currently a graduate student studying public administration. I’m going to start job searching in a few months and I was wondering if a graduate certificate (I found one offered online at UPenn that I liked) would be a good CV/Resume booster for applying to jobs?
