Eagle Gate College is a small private, for-profit university with several locations throughout Utah in Layton, Murray and Salt Lake City. Founded in 1979 as the Intermountain college of Court Reporting, the college focused on fields such as business, computer technology, criminal justice and several others. In 2001 the college officially changed its name to Eagle Gate College. Today, many of areas of study within Eagle Gate College focus on career education.
