Become a leader with this organizational leadership degree online. In addition to a strong general education foundation, the curriculum covers core leadership principles that are consistent with biblical teaching. Personal leadership skills are developed, and students also learn to identify personal areas of spiritual, relational, and emotional growth in self-leadership. Christianity and the Bible are central to this degree and a minor in Bible is even embedded in the curriculum. Learn to apply Christian leadership within a range of cultural contexts and to frame Christian leadership within a Christian worldview and ethic.
