Individuals who pursue the Master of Business Administration Degree program come from a wide variety of undergraduate disciplines. Business administration covers many business principles that are essential for the successful workings of businesses and organizations. Accounting, finance, economics, marketing, human resources, and management are a few of the many topics that students will explore through this master’s program. An MBA is often required of individuals who are applying or wish to hold upper-level positions within businesses. Students will learn through course material and a capstone project. The capstone project serves to allow participants to apply their knowledge learned through the course material and integrate them into a project. However, this program allows students to choose a Global Track or an area of emphasis that will require the completion of additional credit hours. The MBA offers a wide variety of areas of emphasis that students may include in their curriculum. Adding an area of emphasis allows students to customize their education to specialize in an area that specifically interests them. Those who add the Global Track to their curriculum will explore culture and business principles through a global perspective.

The MBA program provides flexibility and convenience for students who already are employed. Individuals do not have to put their careers on hold in order to advance their education. Through the online learning environment of this program, students may earn their degree while maintaining employment.
