Program Overview

The Bachelor of Arts in Management Degree is an undergraduate business degree that may be earned completely online through Webster University. The curriculum explores business fundamentals as well as management principles that are essential to succeeding in this career choice. Many students who complete their BA in Management degree often immediately enter the workforce or pursue a master’s degree in a related field. Graduates who earn this degree may work as assistant managers, mid-level managers, or an executive manager. Each level of management requires the manager to perform a variety of different tasks. Other titles that a graduate may be eligible for are human resources manager, accounting manager, production manager, and various other management related titles.

This particular management program requires students to complete a minimum of 128 total credit hours. These credit hours include general education courses, core management courses, and elective coursework.
