Program Details
The online BS in Medical Laboratory Sciences degree program from Weber State University prepares students to fill supervisory positions, utilize up-to-date quality assurance principles to control costs, maintain regulatory compliance, and increase the overall efficiency of the laboratory, as well as routine benchwork. Requirements
This is bachelor completion program. A total of 120 credits are required, including transfer credits.
- Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
- Overall GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Successful completion of 20 college credits and at least 3 support prerequisite courses in anatomy, chemistry and biological sciences
- Must be must be employed by, or have access to, an accredited (JACHO/CAP/COLA/CLIA) laboratory that can provide a multidisciplinary laboratory experience
- Affiliation Agreement between WSU and the supporting clinical site
