Waynesburg University offers an online MBA in one of the most important business concentrations, Market Development. The courses in Market Development help students understand consumer decision-making processes, from pre-acquisition to consumption to post-acquisition. Students are able to build on their natural selling skills and will understand its relationship to the promotional mix and about its importance to the economy. You will create an advertising campaign using strategic analysis of the company’s marketing mix, pricing, channels of distribution, media buys, and creative techniques.
The curriculum also includes core MBA courses which prepare graduates to be ethical and moral leaders. They are prepared to work in a variety of business disciplines and will finish with a network of other successful graduates.
