In the student's first semester, they complete courses in Emergency Management, Municipal Public Relations, and Critical Incident Management in Public Safety. In the second semester, individuals complete certificate requirements through enrollment in courses titled Terrorism and Emergency Management, Emergency Operations Center Management, and Civil Liability. Online education provides students with the opportunity to complete coursework while still juggling important family, job, and community obligations.
