Program Details

The online Master of Laws in Taxation program is for lawyers who want to develop an expertise in the field of law.  The curriculum provides an overview of tax law, including the procedural and technical aspects and tools needed to solve complex tax problems and adapt to changing legislation.  You will learn about federal, state, and local tax law and areas including estate planning, employee benefits, and corporate taxation.  Students complete three required courses and then choose from a variety of electives to meet their interests and career goals.
