Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management program prepares students to stabilize supply chains using cooperative, systemic measurements; correct communications; rapid responses to demands; and careful selection of inventory buffers and locations.  Students will learn about manufacturability, six sigma quality improvement, operation theories, information systems, enterprise planning, and theory of constraints replenishment along with knowledge in how to reduce inventory investments, shorten response times, minimize stock-outs, increase variety, and cut operations costs while reducing waste and increasing productivity and profits.  Graduates are ready to pursue roles as supervisors and managers in the workplace, or to advance in their careers, by understanding strategy and tactics of supply chain management.
