The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree at Warner University is an accelerated, adult program that is designed to help students earn their degree faster. The program may be completed in one year of full-time academic study. The degree is intended for students that are interested in enhancing skills such as communication, leadership, team management and performance management.
Warner University’s BA in Business Administration program offers students small student-to-professor ratios with instructors that have real-world business experience. The small class sizes also ensure students have the same classmates the entirety of the program. Upon graduation, students may find careers within businesses, church administration, educational institutions, government industry and non-profits organizations.
To be awarded the degree, students must complete 36 required course credits. The total credits are fulfilled through the completion of 12 courses. Classes within the program are offered one at a time for a period of four weeks. The program may be provided either online or through weeknight classes on campus.
The program’s core curriculum will educate students within a variety of subjects. Students will learn effective leadership traits, management theory, financial accounting, and marketing strategy. Students should also gain experience in interpreting financial statements, using business technology, and analyze accounting techniques.
Students are given the opportunity to choose one of five business concentrations. The five concentrations are Business Administration Core, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Management, and Marketing. In addition to the concentrations, students also have the opportunity in selecting a minor in marketing, business administration or human resources.
