Walden University offers a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Health Psychology. Choose from the Traditional or Fast Track path. For the highly motivated student with discipline and a flexible schedule, Walden offers an expedited path to your doctoral degree. With the Fast-Track option, you can complete your PhD in Psychology in a shorter amount of time by taking additional courses per term.
Note on Licensure. The PhD in Psychology is not a licensure program and does not prepare an individual to become a licensed psychology professional.
Students will be required to attend four residencies (Residency 2 may be virtual, Residency 4 may be virtual or a capstone intensive retreat).
