The Master of Science in Human & Social Services with a concentration in Conflict Management & Negotiation is an online human services degree from Walden University.  Students focus on providing the core competencies required to become professionals in negotiation and dispute resolution who are prepared to interact within organizations, communities, and governments.  Courses look at current theory and best practices while teaching essential skills to help negotiate and resolve disputes within communities.  The curriculum is designed as a basic introductory education in dispute resolution but does not meet the qualifications for licensure or certification as a mediator in most states.  Within this concentration, you can serve as a dispute resolver in such arenas as:
