With the Administration, Management, and Leadership specialization—delivered in Walden’s competency-based Tempo Learning® format—you can do both. In this path of study, you’ll gain deeper insight into what young children need in order to thrive. You’ll also master best practices for creating a welcoming, nurturing environment that instills confidence in families. Gain the practical tools to plan, resource, and guide an early childhood program.
