Program Details

Walden University offers an online Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree program for experienced professionals who want to gain deeper business knowledge and serve as global change agents in corporate, public sector, or academic environments. The DBA degree program emphasizes advanced decision-making and leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of both theory and applied research.

Walden’s DBA program offers a variety of specializations to help you meet your personal and professional goals. The Energy Management specialization is designed to help business leaders analyze the impact of energy production, distribution, and associated risks. Explore how energy production and distribution have evolved into a global market, as well as the natural and man-made risks involved with this business. Using a seminar research and discussion approach, you’ll examine the intersection of global energy demands with emerging technologies. You’ll also develop the skills necessary to help guide the future of energy production and distribution in light of the associated risks.

Requirements

Students will be required to attend 8 days of required face-to-face residencies (two 4-day residencies).
