Wake Technical Community College’s Web Developer AAS program is designed to prepare graduates for employment with organizations that use computers to disseminate information via the Internet internally, externally, or globally. Students begin with a set of basic courses covering HTML and CSS, Web media, and introductory computer and programming skills. As the program progresses, students learn about various aspects of Web design and development through courses emphasizing the workflow associated with the planning process, site design and the use of standard technologies, such as content management systems, to provide client solutions.
