Virginia University of Lynchburg offers the online MA in Organizational Management. This program is intended to prepare candidates for positions in higher management. This includes currently working individuals who may need extra education and focus in the foundation of business as well as those seeking work in a new area or organization. Coursework instructs candidates in the advanced practices and fundamentals of management and leadership. Topics include the functional area of management and its structure, the role it plays in an organization, and the importance of the ethical framing of practice.
