Program Details

Students enrolled in the MSHRD program through Villanova University have the option to simultaneously pursue a Certificate in Inclusion and Diversity Strategy as a specialization within their degree. The Inclusion and Diversity Strategy certificate prepares students to support and lead strategic inclusion and diversity efforts in a variety of organizational settings.

The specialization in Inclusion and Diversity Strategy will cover an array of essential topics, including but not limited to:

  • Emotional intelligence
  • Cultural competence
  • Social justice and equity

Faculty bring experience as researchers and active professionals to the virtual classroom, guiding you through skills development in analysis, evaluation, motivation, leadership, and more.
