Program Details
Students enrolled in the MSHRD program through Villanova University have the option to simultaneously pursue a Certificate in HR Business Partner as a specialization within their degree. Learn how employment law, finance, training and development, compensation and benefits work to support the overall objectives of a business.
The specialization in HR Business Partner will cover topics, including but not limited to:
- Finance and human capital
- HRM principles and trends
- Legal issues and laws
The HR Business Partner Graduate Certificate provides students with a strong foundation in the major human resources functions and explores how HR acts as a strategic partner in an organization. Upon successful completion of the material, students who complete this specialization will earn both an MSHRD degree and an HR Business Partner graduate certificate.
