Program Details
Students enrolled in the MSHRD program through Villanova University have the option to simultaneously pursue a Certificate in People Analytics & Research as a specialization within their degree. Learn how to use evidence-based analysis through the understanding of people analytics and research methods to inform strategic business decisions. The specialization in people analytics and research will cover topics including but not limited to:
- HR technology solutions
- Organizational behavior and effectiveness
- Data interpretation
With coursework focused on evidence-based practices hosted by real-world professionals, you are prepared to lead teams and inform strategic business decisions utilizing analytics and research. Upon successful completion of the material, students who complete this specialization will earn both an MSHRD degree and a People Analytics and Research graduate certificate.
