After the completion of those courses, students must take a one semester Customer Relationship Management class and a two-semester long paid internship. This internship must be with a Customer Relationship Management company such as Eagle Creek Software Services.
With the combination of the appropriate classes and a full year of hands on experience, graduates of this program are prepared and knowledgeable for a career in Customer Relationship Management.
