Program Details

Valdosta State University offers the online BAS in Human Capital Performance. This degree is designed to increase students' understanding of the social, psychological and managerial aspects of the work environment. Students will take courses from the university’s core curriculum in areas such as essential skills, institutional options, humanities/fine arts, social sciences, and science, math and technology. Students hone their technical skills through professional courses in areas such as computer technology for the workplace, desktop publishing, contemporary skills for the workplace, office management, industrial/organizational psychology, introduction to marketing and more.
