The Certificate of Advanced Studies in Cyber Operations provides students with an understanding of the tools and techniques used to actively protect cyberspace systems and networks. Students learn how to use state-of-the-art tools and techniques in both cyber defense and cyber-attack domains in hands-on, controlled experimental environments. In addition, students will examine how data-hiding methods such as steganography and anonymity are used in the conduct of cyberspace operations. Students also learn about how to identify and mitigate adversarial cyber intrusions and attacks.
