Earning this master's degree is reliant on the completion of thirty three to forty credits, depending on a student's undergraduate business coursework. This program may be completed in approximately one to two years. The course format is in blocks, with each block lasting seven weeks. Most courses are taught via broadcast during the first and final weeks and the others are administered through other online delivery methods. Possible courses include Human Resource Analytics, Negotiation and Mediation, Employment Law, and Employee Relations and the Labor Movement.
