The online Master of Science in Sustainable & Resilient Food Systems programs provides expertise in sustainable food systems and innovative community development as students gain the skills to examine the food system, plan and evaluate programs, write grants, and act as leaders. You will be able to support market structures that ensure access to safe, affordable, culturally appropriate, and healthy food that meets nutrition needs in ways that minimize harmful environmental and health impacts of food production and distribution. Graduates will promote fair working conditions with fair wages, empower communities to build the resources needed to reach their sustainable food system goals, develop programs that help others adopt healthy eating behaviors, and advocate for food and agricultural policies that promote healthy and sustainable food production.
