Program Details

The online ME in Engineering Data Analytics degree program prepares students to analyze, process, and build conclusions based on the data they collect in the design, testing, and operations phases of numerous engineering processes. The curriculum enables students to develop advanced knowledge in their native engineering field, whether it's electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, or materials engineering, as well as:

  • Build the ability to assemble and analyze data needed to face challenges in engineering systems
  • Learn to evaluate advanced computing tools, simulation, modeling, and engineering optimization
  • Develop and polish skills in project management, team leadership, and effective communication


  • A BS degree from a program accredited by the ABET or the equivalent
  • A minimum undergraduate grade-point average (GPA) of 3.00 on the equivalent of the last 60 semester hours (approximately two years of work) or a master’s degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
