Program Details

The online MAE degree program from the University of Washington is a multidisciplinary professional graduate degree designed for recent graduates as well as working professionals. It is a terminal, coursework-only degree (does not lead to a PhD). There are four concentration areas available to suit students' personal interests and professional goals:

  • Structures
  • Composites


  • Undergraduate degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering (undergraduate degrees in other fields may be acceptable, as long as the applicant has completed fundamental engineering and math coursework)
