Master of Science in Engineering / General Engineering

Program Details

The online MS in Engineering with a concentration in General Engineering helps students stay current with the latest engineering and business management practices while they prepare for greater responsibilities and leadership roles in their current or desired position. The flexible curriculum is designed to suit individual needs, and allows students to complete either a work-related project or a core of elective courses, as well as engineering and business courses covering topics such as:

  • Management of Projects & Technological Innovation
  • Application of Engineering Analysis
  • Financial & Managerial Accounting 
  • Analysis of Manufacturing & Service Systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor of science degree in engineering science, engineering technology or in one of the mathematical, physical or biological sciences
  • Employment experience in a private industry, government or nonprofit organization
  • Transcripts from each institution attended showing degree obtained
  • Domestic students whose undergraduate GPA is below 2.7 will need to provide GRE scores
  • Two letters of professional recommendation
