Educational Specialist in Educational Administration / Pre-K – 12 School Principal

Program Details

The Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in Educational Administration, Pre-K-12 Principal program is designed as a post-master’s degree for practicing teachers and/or administrators in the field. The conceptual framework for this innovative and exciting online degree prepares reflective leaders who are skilled educators whose practices and decisions draw upon the best available theory, research, and experiential wisdom.

Upon completion of the online Educational Administration degree, including the accompanying field-based internship, students also earn Pre-K-12 Principal licensure. Students should contact their state for specific licensure requirements.


This program requires an internship/field experience.

  • Master's degree
  • One official transcript verifying receipt of an undergraduate degree and official transcripts of all academic work at the undergraduate and graduate levels are required for all students
