Program Details

The online MS in Nuclear Engineering degree program from the University of South Carolina-Columbia is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in Nuclear Engineering. In addition to a core of classes which introduce students to nuclear engineering, nuclear fuel cycles, radiation shielding, and reactor systems, students are able to tailor the program of study to meet their interests by choosing electives in areas such as:

Requirements

Students must travel to campus at the end of the program to defend their thesis.

  • A baccalaureate degree (or the international equivalent) from an accredited college or university
