Program Details

The online Master of Science in Organizational Leadership is designed for working adults who wish to further their careers and develop leadership skills through concentrations in either Criminal Justice or Management.  The Criminal Justice concentration emphasizes the perspectives of various levels of law enforcement and various criminal justice systems as students become familiar with the roles and responsibilities of criminal justice professionals.  The Management concentration focuses on topics such as finance, organizational communication, grant writing, training, leadership, and human resources, preparing students to further their careers or step up in management.
