Program Details

The online Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Management and Policy emphasizes big health data analytics as it teaches students to transform data into information for decision-making.  Courses include Population Health Research Methods, Health Care Budgeting and Finance, Health Administration and Organization, and Health Policy.


At this time, most students take courses at the UND campus in Grand Forks. However, distance learning can be completed via live broadcasts, and practicum agreements can be established with six-month advanced notification.

Appllication requires:

  • Must have a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 for all undergraduate work
  • GRE test scores
  • Demonstrate English language proficiency (if applicable)
