Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology

Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology is designed to teach the application of psychology to questions and issues relating to law and the legal systems.

This program emphasizes how to relate psychological evaluations to the criminal justice and social service systems.

Upon completion, graduates can see employment in a prison or state hospital setting, or serve as a consultant for a broad range of organizations.


Must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a behavioral or social science major. Must have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.2 or above or a graduae degree GPA of 3.5. A personal statement. A curriculum vita. Three letters of recommendation. Consideration will be given for experience working in forensic areas or participating in research as an assistant prior to the program application. 

Program includes recorded lectures with 1 on-campus visit.
