  • Be employed at a laboratory testing facility that is willing to sponsor your clinical rotations
  • Have completed a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university
  • A minimum of 20 general science semester credit hours in the areas of biological, chemical, and/or medical sciences
  • Secure an acceptable proctor for portions of online coursework
  • Be accepted by the University of North Dakota as an undergraduate student
