- Official transcripts of all college work (undergraduate and graduate)

- Three recommendations by individuals in professionally related fields
- Non-native English speaking students must also submit official TOEFL scores
- A bachelor's degree with a concentration in chemistry or a closely related field from an accredited college or university in this country or its equivalent in a foreign instiution is required along with a "B" average or better in chemistry courses
