Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Conflict Management & Resolution program is designed to provide a greater understanding of conflicts in domestic and international settings.  The curriculum provides core knowledge, skills, and abilities in conflict management, preparing students for interpersonal conflicts, third-party facilitation and mediation, and group conflicts.  Students gain the knowledge and skills needed to assess, interpret, and manage conflict in contemporary and diverse domestic or international organizational and inter-organizational settings, preparing them to negotiate and advocate and identify the uses, strengths, and weaknesses of bargaining at the theoretical and practical levels.  There are two tracks for you to choose between:

  • National and International Security
  • Domestic, Social, and Organizational Conflict Transformation
