Program Details

University of North Carolina at Charlotte offers an online Master of Education in Middle and Secondary Education. Students of this program will be able to lead into a teaching license in an area of their choice, so they can specialize their teaching skillsets. Areas of concentrations include:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university
  • Official transcripts indicating a minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0
  • GRE or MAT scores
  • Current teaching license
  • 3 letters of recommendation
  • Statement of purpose
  • Two years teaching experience by the time the degree is completed
