The online Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology Assistant allows you to work directly with individuals with speech, language and hearing impairments under the supervision of a certified speech-language pathologist. You can put your skills to use in environments including schools, clinics, and hospitals.

Coursework focuses on clinical application and observation in the fields of SLP and audiology. Credits can be transferred toward the completion of a bachelor’s degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from the University of Montana. Students with an existing bachelor’s degree in another field can use this certificate program to apply to graduate school to become a certified speech language pathologist.
