Enroll in this STEM teaching degree and advance professional opportunities. STEM programs are growing increasingly popular, but there are not enough teachers available to meet this need. This program prepares teachers to create inquiry-based science classrooms that lay the foundation for future learning.

The interdisciplinary curriculum combines cutting-edge educational methodologies with science content. Learn effective teaching strategies for either elementary or middle school students as you increase your science content knowledge. You will study everything from biology and earth science to physical science. Coursework features a hands-on approach, allowing you to put your new knowledge and skills to use while still under expert supervision.  

Graduates will meet the requirements for professional licensure for elementary teachers.
