Program Details

The online BA in Psychology degree program provides students with a strong liberal arts education and includes solid preparation for graduate study in psychology and related fields. Students who complete this program may also move into a number of professional fields including: Case Management, Career Counselor, Market Research, Psychiatric Technician, Human Resources, and Rehabilitation Specialist, to name a few.


LA Core 4 Requirements (2012 high-school graduates and thereafter), or

LA Regents Core Requirements (2005-2012) high-school graduates), or

Provide other evidence of potential for success:

  • ACT/SAT composite score taken in the last three (3) years
  • Official GED scores
  • Official high school transcripts, etc., and

Require no more than one (1) developmental course with:

  • Minimal ACT subscore* English ≥ 18 or SAT English ≥ 450
  • Minimal ACT subscore* Mathematics ≥ 19 or SAT Mathematics ≥ 460

Individuals not meeting criteria may still be accepted on an individual basis.
