Program Details

University of Indianapolis offers the online Master of Public Health. This program is centered on the core public health values of community collaboration and social justice. The program intentionally combines academic preparation in current public health knowledge with planned, community-based projects.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (any discipline) from an accredited college or university
  • Original transcripts from each college or university previously attended
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Resume or curriculum vitae
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • An essay
  • One to two years of experience in public health or health-related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge, experience, or commitment to working with communities with health disparities

Program is offered in a predominantly online format, with four in-person class meetings over two years. This includes intensive weekends, generally scheduled one per semester during the course of the program.
