The online Graduate Certificate in Public Health Geographic Informatic Systems teaches students to use GIS data to solve public health issues.  Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools make it possible to investigate population health issues using both publicly available and institutional data to identify problems and develop solutions.  This program addresses the need for health professionals to visualize data and conduct spatial analyses to understand a variety of factors that affect health outcomes in our communities.
