Program Details

University of North Dakota offers an online Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology to the nontraditional student.  This part-time program delivers psychological theory, skills, competencies, and knowledge through high-quality, challenging academics.  Studies will cover a myriad of subjects, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting focus groups
  • Assessment and evaluation
  • Courts and state agencies

These forensic-relevant courses are applicable to both criminal and civil justice systems.  Students will develop skills in analysis, evaluation, and statistics through a deeper understanding of the legal system.  Graduates with this advanced degree are prepared for careers in family, civil, and criminal courts, child care and advocacy centers, protective services, social services, and more.
