What abilities will I get if I obtain an HRM concentration?
All students in the HRM concentration will take an introductory HRM course and specialized courses in staffing, training & development, compensation, and employee relations. After you finish the program you will be knowledgeable about the various HR functions such as staffing, compensation, employee training and career development, employee relations and retention, and legal and administrative issues related to HR all of which help organizations achieve their strategic objectives.
- This is a bachelors completion program. A total of 120 credits are required, including transfer credits.
- University core courses can be taken in Victoria or transferred in from other universities / community colleges.
