Master of Science in Education / Literacy

Program Details

University of Dayton offers an online Master of Science in Education program with a concentration in Literacy. The coursework of this program aligns with the outcomes of learning by the International Reading Association. After the program, students will have advanced knowledge of literacy efforts and teaching reading and language arts.

Requirements

  • Official academic records of all previously attended colleges or universities must be submitted directly from the colleges or universities to the Office of Graduate Admission Processing
  • Three letters of recommendation from professors or employers
  • A personal statement or résumé
  • Results from the GRE or MAT are required for applicants with an undergraduate grade-point average below 2.75 on a 4.0 scale
