Program Details

University of Cincinnati offers the online Graduate Certificate in Global Regulatory Affairs in Drug Development. This program features a curriculum in global pharmaceutical development (drugs/biologicals, drug products and devices). A collaboration between academia, industry and government, this degree provides cross-disciplinary training in the scientific and regulatory and business aspects of drug development. 

The following courses are offered in the program:

  • Pre-Clinical/Non-Clinical Studies for IND Approval
  • Discovery of Drugs and Therapeutic Biologicals
  • Global Regulatory and Strategic Issues
  • Product Development and Manufacturing


  • A completed undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
  • Completed at least one semester of undergraduate course work in biology, organic chemistry, and calculus, or related fields
  • A GPA of a least 3.0
  • Two letters of recommendation (three are preferred) and CV
  • GRE test scores
